I love this. I've faced my own dark times and yet I don't want to let go of Jesus. My heart hurts for it longs for someone who has left me, yet I hope in him to return this someday. I am in pain, but may God give me peace and assurance soon. Lord these videos are beautiful.

The Bible Project is a major blessing! As a new Christian, I needed this video as I was in one financial trouble after another. Sadly, I was counselled by a follower of the American Prosperity Gospel. I didn't fall away-thank God! but I was too close for comfort. That last part makes me want to cry because I've lived that verse quite literally. I've SOBBED to God during my darkest mental struggles, and He never failed to show up. He was so close, and when I started to think He was far away, He reminded me that He's closer than ever. In the end my faith became stronger and I became smarter in the Spiritual battlefield, knowing what to do when the enemy tries to swarm me.
