The employees telling you that the ride usually gets stuck is actually a good thing. That means that you can choose to leave, but if you do ride it and it does get stuck, then you know it's a normal thing to happen and won't freak out.

I got stuck on that Harry Potter ride a month ago. People were screaming out in actual fear, not in spells. Thankfully we were only stuck for about 15-20 minutes. I got a free fast pass out of it at least. 5 stars
