The more we try to stay comfortable today, the more uncomfortable we will be tomorrow. There really is no destination, there is only exploring, exploring and exploring.

Amazing Advice-
1. Face your Fears
2. Follow your Energy
3. Go all in

@brandonelli

I woke up at 4am and put on this boring looking video to help me fall back asleep.

30 min later, this dude has me so inspired I had to spring out of bed to write out my dreams and the fears holding me back.

Wishing you all the courage to challenge your fears today

@blissyogi8699

In 50 years of life, this is some of the best advice I’ve ever heard! So well explained.

@HumanAki

I'm in the process of "removing the nail" from my head, and it's the hardest thing I've ever done in my entire life...but after 36 years, it feels like I'm finally awake again!

@hermetic_student

Bro is casually giving you the secret to put an end to all your suffering. I’m literally crying rn

@FranklinGospel-l4l

I Hit $26,120 today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last week . I started with 8k last week now I just hit $26,120…

@cryptosquall3535

Comparison will lead you to a life that is too small. Living your own path according to yourself and being honest with yourself is true freedom

@PeepliVibe

Promise to:
1. Take the nail out of your head.
* These can be:
- Bad habits
- Unresolved past experiences
- “Rules” or “Assumptions”
- Fear
* Speak truth which we indeed have these nails. Acknowledge.
* Everything you want is on the other side of “Worst First”. (Often on the other side which you currently fear on.)

2. Follow your Energy (not your passion)
* Concept of Nine Lives
- imagine 9 parallel universes to partake in.
- 1st Life will be the one which you are doing at this very moment. The rest will primarily be imagined as through what gives you vehement excitation. (ie. at X Life will be what you wanted to be, hobbies, learning and trying out new skills, etc.)
- Rule #1 : They all have to start today.
- Rule #2 : Find things you are excited about.
- As you’re in Path 1, pull something in from one of your other lives.
- To put halt of fear, hence, to follow your energy: What would l do if l knew l would not fail?
- The human soul needs something to hope for.

3. Go all in. Now.
- “Until one is committed there is always hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness.”
- Our inner critics’ most dangerous words to say: Not now.
- Your fear have the most power over you, when they are in the recesses of your subconscious mind.
- You + Energy + All-in + As long as it takes = Enough &/ or Most powerful force there is
- Energy is abundant. The more you tap into it, the more you have. And the more you give it away, the more you get back.

“The Power is already inside you right now, and the way to access is through your second voice. It will show you where to direct it. Which voice will you listen to?”

@markg.4246

After I got sober (1994), I began to understand how much "fear" dictated my behavior. The people in my recovery group, didn't seem to be bothered by much of anything. In fact, they laughed at things that normally wouldn't be too funny.
 As the days, weeks, and months turned into years, I was laughing with them. I realized that their "happy, joyous, and free" was based on a belief and trust in something greater than what they could see...and it totally changed my life for the better.
 All I really had to do was "Act as if", and in doing so, the abstract became tangible. While I am far from perfect, I have mostly ceased fighting everything and everybody. The absence of "fear", has led me to a life of abundance. ✌❤ 🙂 Mark

@vivekajmera8542

I am in my 40s and fear of failure/overthinking unknowingly is the major roadblock I realized. This is an awesome video which I came across. Thanks for making this one. Truly apprecaite !!

@laci9819

What a coincidence. I came across this video today, a few days after I got laid off from a corporate job that was stable and well paying, but that was slowly draining my soul.
I’ve felt burnt out for a long time, and now I know why.
This is one of the most insightful talks I’ve ever seen. 💜

@linlinpan3150

Unfortunately, many people have life circumstances that don't allow them to follow their energy, even if they were brave enough to do so. Family health problems, lack of finances, etc. It's a privilege to even consider this as an option for many.

@jiyatilwani7717

Best speech I have ever heard. I am so very grateful that I came across this video. This guy is really brilliant. I can’t express how much he inspired me.

@carladetchon

Powerful, insightful, funny, this lecture has it all. Graham Weaver is a master storyteller effortlessly weaving personal stories with deep learnings. As an Integration coach, I've been sharing variations on these themes with my clients for many years, but I really appreciated the way Graham packaged the message with poignancy, lightness and clarity. My favorite insight is how we often resort to building a helmet around us to protect the nail in our head rather than pulling it out. It's a powerful insight that you'll have to watch the lecture to understand what I just said--it will be well worth your time!

@ritheshp1170

"Follow your energy", What a great quote to hear instead follow your passion. This talk was great and I learned so much from this single video. I am in my third year of college and for the past two years, I have been living my college life in fear and making it smaller and smaller. It was pathetic. I wanted it out of my chest but I feared my friends would not understand. But now I will implement whatever he told me to embrace that feeling, defeat it, and go forward. I hope everyone like me watches this, learns, and starts implementing it as soon as possible.

@PippyPappyPatterson

No one ever says “I give up and I’m not going to chase this energizing project.” They say “not now” which is how fear of failure overpowers you while circumnavigating and protecting your ego.

@scottswygert7165

How different life would be if we could all learn this at a young age and commit to it. Different educational paths, different jobs, different relationships. So many golden nuggets in this speech. I've forced my teenage kids to watch it.

@eonryan8491

21:04 - no one ever gives up, they just delay

23:03 - just do it, don’t start later cuz it’ll turn to never

24:00 - you + energy + all-in + as long as it takes = enough

@Chillvideos24

When we choose to work in industry, I have observed often times the company takes a decision for you in career path. If we still have a desire to pursue our interests, it is possible to channel our energy toward the shared objective or venturing out to start your own business. I have often seen many making a positive progress with enthusiasm, wisdom, network and experience.
Thanks Graham and Stanford Graduate School of Business for sharing the How to Live your Life at Full Power.
