Just a personal ramble: Iβm very new to the gym and have been trying to conquer my gym anxiety (and social anxiety) one machine at a time. Decided today was the day i figure out how to use the seated leg curl machine (didnt know it was that before this short). I struggled to adjust that thing for 5 mins, but finally got on to start using it. It wouldnt budge. Not at 30ibs. Not at 15ibs. I sat there trynna figure it out for 10 minutes till i gave up and left the gym early out of shame/disappointment. Now i know what i did wrong hours later. I was trying to use it like a leg extensions machine (?). No wonder it didnt budge one bit. Today reconfirmed how much of a dumbass i am.
Saved my back and my tushy with that back extension cue. Thank you π

One thing I like about workouts most is that they are systematic arrangement. No BS and no nonsense variations unlike other influencers. As a general population fitness individual like me needs this kind of precise setting up of workout regime which would cover all the muscle groups effectively without the feeling of tiring and exhausting.
