I read in Hallowed Ground that JFK surprised the park ranger one evening and asked for a tour. According to that book that is when he said, “I could look at this forever”.
As a lover of American history, I would love to visit the cemetery one day. I have never been to D.C. I wonder though does the JFK eternal flame continue burning during pouring rain and snow?
I know that the soldiers have maintained guard continuously for decades. I find it hard to believe they go through the full act for the changing when no one else is around in the middle of a winter's night.
Arlington said only staff is allowed to vidio here, so why is this video allowed
you said "tour".. that is what I expected- you are reporting- pffffff
IMO they shouldn't have buried the Kennedy's in a sacred cemetery for only the brave soldiers that gave the ultimate price for our country during times of war. ✨ 🇺🇸 Not some politician. That's only IMO.
I think its boring
