it’s so crazy how for each person is different. i’m from a tropical country (brazil) and i’ve been spending 2 months in scandinavia with my norwegian friend and i just few so much more productive and focused on my habits and goals during winter here. it’s my third time spending winter in the north and in my home country with hot weather almost all year long i feel my energy drained… even inside with air conditioner or fan on its harder for me to workout and do other things that i have to. but the most part of my friends from different places don’t feel the same, mostly like better the warm and sunny weather too
