At 8:45 in the video, there was a similar signal on the left side on day 9 around 3am. If you took that as sell entry signal and put stop loss near the current high, then your trade would've lost when the market reached your stop loss at 18pm on that day. I'm not saying it's not a valid strategy but you're only selecting successful data to prove your point rather than honestly presenting both wins and losses.

Excellent explanation but minor correction, it's not overbought or oversold, it's strong momentum vs weak momentum, once you enter 80 zone you're losing momentum, if stochastic remains above 80 means you still have strong momentum.
