I get these when I have attempted to pop a pimple/blackhead unsuccessfully and give up lol. The next day it usually looks like this and THEN I am finally able to get it out.

I normally ice these after which the top starts to harden and shrink. After a while it'll scab over and drop off itself (without major scarring)

I am not a doctor, but what I would do afterwards is wash my face and then put a pimple patch on it so it doesn't come back.

Ya know, ( or maybe not), we older people were always told that we only needed to be concerned with blackheads and "whiteheads" aka pimples. I was 65 years old before I knew I was told wrong! Love you, love your channel. 😅
