Thank you, very valuable info. Questions: Is there an easy way to move photos and especially VIDEOS from iPhone to a windows computer???? If I plug the phone or iPad into my computer it will see the photos (sometimes) but never the videos. Help!! Also, and I know this is wishing but how about a Back button or Clear All Apps that are open on your phone instead of having to swipe every single one to close it. I would imagine that having apps running in the background would slow things down.
