I disagree with Douglas only when he says that he would not have a problem if a child wanted to become Muslim. I certainly would and I would feel that I failed as a parent.

Foreign aid is given freely to all sorts of good causes in some areas that have nuclear capabilities, space programmes and more powerful military abilities than us. Very many of the people we help have come here, so spend the cash here not there!!

As usual, Douglas Murray is correct. If for example, you played for Team India and now you have joined Team Britain, would you continue to wear the jersey of Team India? Of course not! Would you, wearing a jersey of Britain, play against Team Britain as if you were still on Team India? What would Team Britain do? Ideally, throw you off of the team! As the saying goes, "You are either for us or against us." There is one team in Britain. Join it or leave. And that goes for all countries around the world. If you migrate to that country, support it, do not try to take away what may have taken hundreds of years to develop. You have absolutely no right to do so.
