At 3:34, what shortcut are you using to select all the cells in the sheet to fill? If I double-click it only fills till the end of the page shown along with the source cell.

At 3:37, how did you select all of it to get all the ages? because when I select the first row of of DOB I only get the age for the first row. Im so confused can someone please help? been trying for like 10 mins now

The data that is given has two attributes - Tenure(in customer demographic) and Property Valuation(in customer address). I'm unable to understand the meaning and purpose of these columns. Please tell me what those columns signifies
