Had a coworker some years back that grew up on the river. He also said they dont trip on the jags. Said some are so care free they will walk right by you. Some are even kept fed so they stay in the area and keep pests away. Crazy.

Jaguars actually make good pets and are like dogs. My mother had big cats in the 50’s and 60’s and they would ride next to her in her convertible sports cars. 😂 they would always stay put. Not one jumped out. And she said it was the greatest anti theft device ever. She could leave her keys in the ignition and her purse on show and NOBODY would DARE even try to rob her 😂 all her friends had them. Lions actually enjoy being pampered pets it’s tigers who only like their one human. They would all play together daily. Think of the most pampered handbag dogs today. They would have matching scarves with their owners instead of collars. Not one person ever got bitten because they were several generations in captivity and they bred the most friendly animals and honestly they were just big pets. They were being bred for at least 200 years to be pets. They literally slept on my parents bed like puppies. They could easily have got out of the house and garden but never did. Even though the doors were always open and the property wasn’t even closed in all around. And yet they never left their owners sides. They were happy healthy and lived long lives for their species. Not one even scratched let alone bit anyone. And they were around other pets and children. 😂
