Bulking is possible no matter how skinny you are. I weighed 60kg about 18 months ago and now weigh 78kg. I thought I wouldnt be able to bulk because I have irritable bowel syndrome but you just have to trust the process, be consistent and make smarter food choices

I have started this year with 190cm(6 foot 3) and 65kg, now on the end i have 73kg, I have done all of that at home, I have gained 8kg of muscles and my goal for New year is to start going to the gym and weight 80kg, all the best brother❤❤❤
Im about 170cm and only 46 kg but i have some decent muscle mass from working out. Gonna incorporate all of this and i hope to get to 55kg all the best bro

I will always recommend chocolate milk! Lactaid whole milk with Hersheys syrup is 420 calories per two cups. I have it with every meal and it’s easy to go down and easy to digest.

chicken egg rice is the go to for bulking for me it's just so easy to cook, always tastes great and you can always make many different variants with the vegetables or flavour rice, or even chicken egg pasta, same thing, and then with a protein shake at the end of the day makes bulking really easy
