Rest assured that this guy is just somebody the public is aware of. There are plenty worse individuals roaming around who have no name and can do all of the stuff he says is possible.

That's why you back trace everything that you have on your computer and make sure that back trace is able to pin that IP address that he's using even knowing it's randomized and it still won't matter you can always find a hackers IP address and yeah they can do the same thing to you but the really screwed part is because he did call the cops on you and he did have the sheriff show up that right there is improper use of the emergency channels which is actually federally punishable by law
