Without actually setting the PSU under heavy loads and going through a PSU tester to check all the 3.3, 5 and 12V rails, you can't know wether it's good or not. Could still be faulty, even if the system boots

I would wait until the pc is fully loaded in. Sometimes if not all the time, some PSU's only show signs of being faulty when doing something. Like my PC mostly restarts while I'm doing something like gaming or watching videos.

Even people that dont understand pcs can do tutorials nowadays it seems. A power supply can still have issues even if it seems that works . But nothing is even mentioned.

Need your help, my pc stopped working somehow and it doesn’t turn on, PSU fan doesn’t start even when i turn it on and also no Leds on motherboard, though whenever i try to turn off psu, mobo flashes white led for half a sec. Not sure what’s faulty Psu or Mobo? Please help.

You could have easily tested it properly in the pc you had right there, just jumping the pins so it powers up isn't exactly testing the power supply properly at all and telling random people on Youtube how to jump pins on a power supply is such a stupid idea they could easily electrocute themselves if they don't understand how dangerous power supplies can be.
