Great video (as always)! Your one-one idea of capturing subjects is something I’m going to try to adopt. At work I’m kind of forced into using Microsoft ToDo. I’ve been trying to use categories to tag 1-1 topics but I like your idea better. Thanks!

Thank you for your video. Have been using todolist for 2 years, although like with allorganizing systmes I go to far and make them always to advanced. Love to see other proples organization. Love your friday ritual

@kimcramer

I'm just getting started with todoist - this video was so helpful! thanks! I still can't figureout the colors - How did you get to color code everything?

@loumacuser

Great video as usual. Wave was good no worries. Question though as you work in an enterprise environment which most likely is based on Microsoft platforms. How do you integrate Google calendar with your corporate Microsoft calendar? Same for sharing with colleagues in Microsoft world. I’ve used Todoist less because of the friction against a personal todoist account in a corporate setting.

@rbsommers

Great video. Could you share a screenshot of your routine lists (i.e. morning ritual and shutdown)?

Ok so that your using an iPad and iPhone plus you mentioned both ticktick and Todoist did catch my attention. I’m a things3 user (wonder why you don’t use this app?), thinking of moving to one of these apps after checking all other apps but still hesitant and confused as none is perfect. My question is why Todoist over ticktick. Both apps has no keyboard shortcuts and you use iPad (while things3 does have full support). I’ve noticed that tasks in the Todoist calendar cannot be resized(dragged) or set tasks as complete in it while ticktick it’s possible.these apps are so similar and I hate both their UI but for the time blocking I’m thinking of moving to one of them. Advice needed.

@eugemaifa

I was like "What is this Wanderwand company" until I saw written "1-to-1" 😂

@rolandgreco

can you tell me which ipad stand you are using at 0.30? thank you

@andreapicazio2386

TickTick or todoist? Which one is better?

@giovannigraziani80

Todoist is old
