Hold on i moat likely have to get this type of surgery but what the hell does avoid activities such as bathing mean?? How are you supposed to stay clean thoughout the first 1 to 2 weeks??

I got surgery l4l5 micro scopic decectomey(left) decompression
  last month 27/05/2023 now exact 45days but still  when am sitting electric shock like jerk in surgery area.. After pain radiating total left leg... Continuesly.... Can some one please ans ...am suffering very much
