As a muslim i feel like Oliver is not just singing from his heart but from a spiritual place too. Even if that was not his intention, his words are resonating with people from all over the world and reminding us of how similar we are, how we hurt the same and how crazy the world has become. Hes given a voice to the voiceless by simply sharing how he and we all feel.

He’s not trying to write songs that he thinks will get the most attention or have the catchiest most popular tune, but, instead he is writing and singing from his soul, and in result, it resonates with so many people.
