Specialization also allows us, especially as entrepreneur to prevent being overwhelm with different works and lack of resources. The day I told myself and then my clients « I do SEO strategy only » it was a new breath. I was more concerned, more effective and happier just doing that because I knew I was fit into that role.
I specialized in specialization and it was promising…. I would like to give that a shot again. Thanks for the inspiration 🎉
Absolutely! That was the way to keep busy, on demand and be hired when the companies were expecting people to leave or retire.

I specialize in general things, but generally, I'm very special.
This content is so high level I can’t believe it’s free
But here's the deal - specialisation narrows the market also. And with smaller market you deal with less competition by default.
@thefutur idk if you remember me, i played hotel California for you on clubhouse a few years ago on ukulele. just was remembering how enjoyable the experience of that was! hope you are doing good!
I absolutely agree
Generalization is like casting a wider marketing net to help garner more business. Some people believe that if it is within their area of competence, and they are good enough at it, then such business should not go to the competition. I believe that it is better to generalize whilst also creating some specializations. There has to be a fine balance between the two.
Jack of all trades master of none
my all time fav........ love you sir
I will keep this in mind thank you 🙏🏽🙌🏽
Like the different between a supermarket and a butcher, there’s a place for both
Sweet, i just became a vacation rental photographer after this
What are you specialised in? If you don’t mind me asking
Dan Koe says: don't niche down, be a generalist, so you will be the niche. If you are the niche, then you cannot be copied, or replaced by automatisms so easily. What's your take on this approach? Thanks a lot!
What about testing until you know your zone of genius
I wonder if you'd be down to try full on generalization so as to experiment and maybe gain some otherwise not known information for like a year. Just to see if it helps you scale or something.
