@flyski7473

It’s only about $. Promise you the CEO got a bonus.

@Sap-46

I would prefer bosses to just say you’re fired… and save the story‼️

@Krlowanigu-mg6eg

How generous. They outsource half of america and half of europe with rajesh and prakesh. But they still count on your money as a customer.

@seanothepop4638

We're gonna see some dark shit soon. This is tip of the iceburg.

@BREASHONTELL

Yes I’m so blessed to have a full time work from home job and I’m also saving money thank you so much for your video ❤

@loannealford1113

This break my heart to see anyone losing their job.

@Brandon-te7tw

This has never been about left vs right. It's ups vs downs. Know who you really are in this system.

@JessicaVGK

Any job is NOT secure,,, especially if you’re not working for ur self…. That’s why I always SAVED every dollar I earned and always SAVE for EMERGENCY.. Always plan ahead…

@DPInsightsYT

This video does a great job capturing the emotional and financial toll of layoffs, with real stories that hit hard. The breakdown of why companies do this is insightful, though some practical advice on bouncing back would have made it even stronger. Still, a powerful and thought-provoking watch.

@craigdeaton6371

Spent 30 years in HR and Recruiting and retired three years ago. This reminds me why I smile so much more now. Thanks!

@kwimms

Being a mom is looking better and better! Or be a farmer... grow food! Be happy.

@RichardRamsey-su7he

I worked for 6 companies that went out of Buisness. It sux starting over ..Good luck getting a job recommendation from your former employer..

@uabeemployeebiblestudy888

First of all...God has you through everything. No matter what it is. Second those who are on a job...continue to learn and continue to take courses and continue to educate yourself. As I always say with an education, certification or some type of training, they may kick you out on your behind but with some education and even experience you would at least have a soft landing so it's not over, trust God in everything third while working create a business or something that is passive because even if sudden layoffs come you can make twice as much working for yourself and be someone much happier than with a corporate job that almost pays a little to nothing, build your own brand and work on your own gift and make money off of it. Don't depend on what you found as someone as created as your whole life to sustain you and your family. It's not your life. And also with Caroline's firing they made it seem like she just lost your her mom or got cancer "I will give you time to process..." This happens. They call it reorganization of corporate structure. Companies can't keep up with either the product or the vision that they put themselves to hold to, also with the coming of AI and self automatization (IE Robot Technologies) unless you are trained in these fields you would be hard pressed to find anything, this is why I started this with GET KNOWLEDGE! Never just be in one era! We have moved on! Unless you are ready, you will get bumrushed. Continue to know the trends, learn about them, take courses on them and most importantly lean on God on all things because He is the one who makes an opening for you to be used, you have to be prepared for what's coming, and not just rely on the fact that you will make it to your retirement off of one job just because they said...get this...they said there is a retirement plan you will get..They didn't promise it! They just said it's there for you. See what's left out! They can fire you any time. So my prayers go out to anyone who is affected at one time I was in the same boat. I kept pushing and kept moving, Praying for anyone during this time. May God's covering bless everyone that is effected by this.

@FaisalKhan-wf8ys

Have a plan B in trade. Something you can do with your hands and is always in demand. Eg. Semi truck driver.

@kiag.8484

I was laid off by a university right before Thanksgiving. The role I was in was newly created and they didn't know what to do with me. Instead, they simply gave me busy work, stupid, mindless work that they did not mention during the lengthy interview process. What ticks me off is that they tried to blame me for the lay off when I never had any write ups or complaints. I was thrown under the bus by my supervisor, then a week later, I was laid off. People are so shady....companies can be super shady.

@aopr6701

I worked 20 years as a mid level manager for a fortune 500 company. The holiday layoffs were common practice. I once had to layoff 13 people on Xmas eve. The hardest stuff I ever had to do. 😢

@patriciathompson1776

The CEO walk away with a big bonus in the Millions. The company's don't care about their workers.

@valleyoftheuncanny

When you're an American and the person firing you can barely speak English, that is f*cking hilarious, sad, but hilarious. 🤣

@jimbrown4640

Women layoffs are coming.
Physical labor jobs are hiring.
Desk jobs in air condirltioned offices are being trimmed down.

@nekrorose8533

only time I got laid off unofficially was during the pandemic. I was told my manager would reach out when we could return back to work. That never happened, but by the grace of God I got another job within a week and it offered OT. Sending love and prayers to everyone going through layoffs right now during this looming recession.
