Also loved the comment “and when something like that happens it’s important to immediately panic and grab something to hit it with” surely a mantra know to many a backyard mechanic😂

@amcconnell6730

My wife was asleep, so I watching this on silent, with the captions. Normally they are computer generated, but Karen has obviously gone through them all , adding captions etc where necessary. Just another example of the behind the scenes perfection of CEE. :)

@johncamp7679

I’ve said this before, YouTube this channel needs to be recognized with an award. Most people watching this, have never or will ever be doing this kind of work. It’s just interesting and the production, format, all of it should fall into several categories for best of.

@NewBlacksmithGirl

Restoring old machinery shows respect for traditional tools and craftsmanship. Testing after restoration is important to ensure everything works perfectly.

@jaysonhallson-ow5gp

Karen is so fun to listen to with her laughing and her "exclamations" and observations. You two make such an amazing team... glad Homeless keeps you two in check and producing such a great show! A fan from Tonto Basin, Arizona USA. LOVE THE SHOW.

"It's important that you immediately panic an grab something to hit it with"

Words to live by

@PavelKostromitinov

"Aha, the bearings are ready" was pure gold!

@RocklandPaul

OMG! The scene where Curtis is sipping on his coffee/tea and then says, “Oh, the bearings are done!” was hilarious.

You both have such great chemistry and we can see that in the outtakes like today.

Thanks for keeping us all entertained with your content and interactions. 🇨🇦

@Thebytedoc69

I would like to join the chorus of folks that sing your praises both Kurtis and Karen. These comments apply to both of you equally.
  I’m a 63 year-old who’s retired from the US Navy (I’ve been to Fremantle / Perth twice, and absolutely loved it),programmed computers for 30+ years and now I work on commercial refrigeration. I share that to illustrate that I’ve seen a little bit.
  Well, both of you have excellent skills. It’s the soft skills that are so impressive. Your ingenuity, tenacity and hard work that put you head and shoulders above the rest. These traits are not necessarily taught, but instilled through example. To that end, I hope you find it possible to mentor some young person going forward where you can share those traits and your skills and your love of the craft.
  Thank you for being such a great inspiration. keep up the excellent work.

@davegarfield9007

I LOVE Karen’s running commentary on the proceedings! She’s solidly on your team, and very much involved with the process… not to mention that she’s an excellent videographer!

@Salamandasam

Hey mate I’m a young fabricator from NSW, only got qualified a few months ago. I’d just like to say I really enjoy the videos you guys put together, I find myself learning from watching you work. Cheers

@michaelholmes4525

Your attention to detail and the pride you have in your work is a real rarity these days. It’s a great privilege to watch and learn from you, and I have nothing but admiration for the standards of your projects, you fully deserve every success. - Michael Uk 🇬🇧

@thomasorpor

Friday morning (here in southern Sweden) wouldn’t be complete w/o a machinist master class. So many tricks of the trade on display. Thanks for the lessons.

@glenmorewong630

It is not safe for the universe to have this much knowledge residing in just one man.

@iowaclass14

I was a little worried about the re-install of the main spring but Curtis had it. BOOM! The paint color and sand blasted wheel look amazing. Outstanding video work as always Karen. You and Curtis bring SO much expertise and enjoyment to all of us every Friday.

@BruceBoschek

This was so satisfying. Seeing an older piece of kit get put back into order and into use is always a pleasure. Karen, in addition to your terrific camera work and editing, we are grateful for you asking the questions that we would like to ask. It makes the video a real learning tool for those of us who don't have the opportunity to speak with Kurtis as he works. As always, the Boscheks in Germany thank you for all of your efforts to share these valuable videos with us. Wishing you a pleasant and peaceful weekend and a great week ahead.

@manifold1476

Yaay! - CEE kicks off another weekend for me here in Eastern Canada, with humour, professionalism, and the entertaining antics of Homeless! Thank you for a favourite YouTube channel. Big thumbs up!

@robertrawlings

Firstly I would like to thank Karen for all of her little quips they are so nice and genuine , Kurtis that's a great rebuild my friend well done .🥰

@jameskilpatrick7790

CEE content is so well done that I will happily watch Kurtis rebuild a cylinder or line bore a part for the 15th time. My absolute favorite videos, though, are the ones where an old machine is being rebuilt or customized. I just find the process fascinating, and there is nobody who documents it as well, or makes it as entertaining as Karen does. Thanks!
