A few years ago 50 bucks was what a week's worth of food used to cost. Food's doubled so what used to cost 50 bucks now costs 100 bucks.
still, even with the collard greens and peanut butter, $110 aint bad for a full weeks worth..... hell, I spend $130 on trash foods every week with no benefits. just tastes great
Crazy the Walmart employee and customers are following them around and laughing but their the ones that are out of shape, skinny, broke, still trading their time for money, lack confidence and aren’t doing what truly makes them happy, Never worry about haters just use them as fuel to widen the gap between you and them so you don’t end up like them.💯
That little bit of food is 100$ that’s wild
These videos are so helpful and underrated. Thank you man you are helping a lot of people with this including myself. 🤝
Great video! I would also like to see the meals that you made with this, I'm always looking for new ideas for food prep.
I noticed you picked up several single-pound packs of ground beef, but if you had checked the larger tubes, you would have seen that the price per pound is cheaper. By choosing the smaller packs, you ended up paying more for the same product.
Great video. Having less teaches us to be resourceful however we gotta go hard fellas. I doubt a big guy like this will be satisfied with the little amount of protein in that cart. And he had to put things back. We work too much to not eat what we want but budget moments will definitely humble us and make us wiser
You should do a tutorial on cooking all the food
To make it even easier you can shop according to your diet. So you write your meal plan out and then shop accordingly. That's easier for me.
Hey bro even if it wasn’t exactly a hundred big help, I spend too much for my bulking needs and having this information helps a ton.
This channel should be bigger. Great video!
Needed this thank you
those people were laughing and this video POPPED brother. amazing video. keep doing your thing and they wont be laughing for long
Informative! I dig it. Keep em coming. The face when you knew you were over 😆
Turn the music up I can almost hear you
Great video quality, hope to see your channel grow! ❤️
What are your thoughts on tuna cans I get them for about a dollar a piece and they contain 25g of protein each
What I learned about the simple bulking diet that I don’t really see or hear is the importance of fiber intake, and also greens. Those both can be expensive in whole food form but you can always include a supergreens powder and powdered benefiber.
