I work at Siemens as a software test engineer, and we are required to go to the office at least four times a month. It's great that we can choose when to go instead of having fixed days.

I worked at Amazon from 2007 - 2011. I loved the times that I could work remote. But I also really enjoyed being in the office. The one thing I missed most when I left Amazon was having super smart and ambitious teammates. I personally really liked the culture, but I joined in my 30s after spending years at startups.

I remember starting my career at Amazon right at the brink of the pandemic and moving into PNW. Was fully remote and never met my team in person until a year and a half later. Crazy times! Got some nostalgia from this :P Great video, best of luck at AMZN :)

We went remote in 2020 too. No plans to go onsite. As a matter of fact most of our office spaces are now gone and used of other things. I go onsite maybe 5 to 10 times per year. Life is good!

hii! I'm a software engineer as well! always glad to see more women in STEM ♡ I used to work at Scotiabank, and they had a hybrid model. I switched jobs about six months ago, and at my current company, we have to be in the office 50% of the time, which is fine—I think balance is key! :)
