So you have two physicists and Eric Weinstein. Interesting. Was Terrence Howard not available?
I’m sorry, but wtf is Eric Weinstein doing there?
Love watching discussions like this through a keyhole.
"I have a dream" - Martin Luther King Jr. - 1963 "To be, or not to be: that is the question" - William Shakespeare - 1603 "How dare you read your paper?" - Sean Carroll - 2025
Why give credence to Weinstein?
Eric, when you have Roger Penrose by your side and a host who is trying to give equal time, it's an egotistical thing to try to monopolize the discussion
Guys this interview is behind a paywall. Thanks for uploading the full version
Weinstein doesn't claim to be a physicist so why have him on?
I understood everthing until Weinstein started speaking.
Thnx for uploading this vid.
Thanks for uploading this for free!
I never heard Weinstein do anything else than insult people, so he's a good case of psychological projection. When he is there, you can be sure nobody will actually debate about physics, just physicists, which is completely pointless. Maybe they should have left him out and both Penrose and Green could have discussed the dimensions question. Einstein's tensors are four dimensional, so that you arrive at GR from string theory is impossible. Maybe it did at first like Penrose said, then they figured out it didn't work, so it's should have been the end of it.
what is the eric hate for genuine question guy sounds alright
Was Weinstein there to fill Penrose’s and Greene’s water glasses?
Does there really need to be a guy playing the flute next to a science conference? Please...
thanks for bringing this up. i was deeply pissed they sealed it behind the paywall. knowledge has to be free.
Why have Eric Weinstein there?
I’m sorry but the hosts voice is extremely annoying
I should have been on the panel as I'm also not a physicist!
