@Foxdude92

Thank you for the video Eric. I am a franchisee in the home service industry and our franchisor network heavily urges their owners to engage a marketing company to run your LSAs if they're already doing your PPC. I have been doing some digging for just a couple hours and it appears that LSAs are very simple to set up and manage. Are there any efficiencies that the marketing company managing your PPC has to manage your LSAs that you would not have if managing your LSAs by yourself? They appear to be stand alone systems that have no impact on each other from my point of view. Thanks again!

@secondwindmusic

Thank you! Perfectly concise but still complete and provided everything I needed to know right now. Now, just to get more reviews...

@saugusandsausages

Thanks for explaining this so simply. I interviewed at an SEO agency a while back and I think the biggest reason I didn’t get the gig was not having LSA experience. I ticked the boxes on everything else it was for a paid search gig and yeah.

@cranky3184

Thanks for the information , it is very informative , God bless you

@haikcamargo

Excellent tutorial! Knowing the lead traps to avoid is worth its weight in gold, especially with LSA's "pay-per-lead" model. Time to audit my campaign and ensure I'm getting the best ROI.

@snyderfamilychiro

Great video. I have a few questions. You said (1:42) they can message my business through the platform. Where do I see notification of the message?

@normie-b3j

This was exactly what I needed to hear about filtering leads and avoiding unnecessary costs! Thanks for the actionable tips and clear explanation, I'm ready to optimize my LSA campaign.

@montalaohakunakorn657

Thank you for sharing. This is easily understandable and it helps me to start LSA right away.

@realprofitsovawagez

The sad part about Google local service ads is even if a customer calls and gets an estimate or does not choose to go with your service you're still charged minimum $28 for a wasted phone call or if someone schedules with you and calls back later on saying never mind you're still charged for that lead

@VerlieMyra

Great video! I'm curious, what are your thoughts on the optimal budget allocation between Google Ads and Local Service Ads for a small business trying to maximize its reach?

@bauder-e6g

Super helpful guide! The tips on avoiding those sneaky lead charges are game-changers for maximizing ROI. Going to implement these strategies ASAP.

@Dyank33

Thanks for this video! For a local carpet cleaning business that's just starting do you recommend Google Ads or LSA? I'd appreciate your input on this.

@AmosLebsack

Crisp, smart way of explaining, necessary and sufficient information. That was helpful. Thank you.

@MikeSmithww

Everything is clear. Brief and clear. No water. Thank you)

@shaunmorrisbp

As a marketer, can I setup a business' LSA account by having management access to their GMB?

@BraedenHerzog

You putting this up for free is actually clutch - praise to you

@TigerSimon-g2s

Really helpful breakdown of LSAs, especially the part about avoiding those costly lead traps! Time to revisit my targeting and make sure I'm not wasting money on irrelevant calls.

@lucasvasconcellos5323

Hi Eric! First of all, congratulations on the excellent content you’re sharing.

I’m from Brazil, but I manage the ad account for a company based in Atlanta, USA. This company specializes in driveways, sidewalks, and general concrete renovation services.

I have a question: when applying for verification to advertise on Google Local Services, do all employees need to undergo the background check, or is it just the business owner? I’d really appreciate your help with this. Thanks a lot!

@BryceGutkowski

Appreciate the non-fluff straightforward approach. Was a great review for me. Thank you!

@nickuvarov1

Bro, you missed the part of the bid selection and do you know how to evaluate the most efficient bid selection. Are the 3 bid options that google offer actually real or overstated?
