Imposter syndrome is a common feeling among high achievers where they doubt their own abilities and accomplishments. However, imposter syndrome is a normal and common experience, and it doesn't have to hold us back.
In this clip, coach Wen Hsu encourages us to embrace imposter syndrome rather than try to get rid of it. This is because imposter syndrome often shows up when individuals are stepping outside of their comfort zone and trying something new or bigger. In other words, imposter syndrome can be a sign that they are taking on a new challenge or role that is outside of their current capabilities.

While it may be uncomfortable, it is a normal part of the process of personal growth and development. By pushing through it and taking on new challenges despite feeling like an imposter, individuals can become more confident and capable.
