How I prioritize multiple urgent tasks in #ClickUp

Stop panicking over urgent tasks. Here's how I prioritize which legitimate urgent tasks to tackle first.

Think you're a master multitasker? Wrong. Your inbox is exploding, deadlines are crashing down, and every task screams 'urgent.' You're running around like a headless chicken, getting nowhere fast.

Enter the ClickUp trifecta: 'Critical,' 'High,' and 'Medium.' Yeah, I know, another system. But stick with me.

This isn't about ignoring fires. It's about choosing which one to put out first without burning yourself.
The payoff? You'll actually finish something important instead of half-assing everything.

Here's how I do it:
1. Create a filtered view in ‪@ClickUpProductivity‬ with tasks grouped by priority
2. Use tags - If there are more than one flagged Urgent, prioritize those by 'Do First,' 'Do Next,' and 'Do Later.'
