"Take it offline" is one of the most annoying and most overused phrases in all of the modern office culture. Despite being annoying it is actually useful.

Having a parking lot, or a time at the end of the meeting to discuss things in more detail allows for the daily standup to run smoothly. Keep the official part of the daily standup for the quick updates from the team and ensure you don't dwell on too many questions or ideas. These are to be discussed at the end instead.

And if they take more than a few minutes then you should really consider a dedicated meeting (with a specific agenda) rather than letting one topic dominate the entire parking lot!
