Software Engineering is a term you find thrown around businesses. Sometimes you will find this as a job title at an organization which just is looking for a coder, without any thought into the quality or type of job they are doing. Other times, you will find a different title, but in reality, you are seeing the work as a software engineer.

Likewise, the term "team" is used loosely around business. In some companies, teams are formal entities with a team leader. In other companies, they are informal and merge and separate based upon the project they are working on.
