The representative of soɐɥƆ in hololive English -Council-, Bae is quite fluent in Japanese, to the point that her Japanese is potentially starting to be better than her English, and is also knowledgeable in Korean. She grew up touching grass, so although she dances quite well, lots of old tech is basically foreign to her - with how zoomer she is, she might as well be twelve years old, as she sometimes says.

Notably, Hakotaro is a HOLOSTARS fan - she would watch Roberu's morning chatting streams while eating lunch. She's also appeared several times on their channels, including convincing Roberu to try Vegemite for the first time (and kicking off a series of streams where he tried similarly strange food) and bringing extremely spicy noodles to Oga's 地獄のOMOTENASHI streams to suffer together with.
