Docker is truly amazing and powerful and there are several things that you should be aware of when using docker. The docker best practices.
Even tho DevOps is not a primary skill many data scientists need, in my opinion, you should at least know the basics. There are many use cases in which knowing how docker works comes in handy. For example when you would like to use some cloud provider like AWS or google to deploy your machine learning models since all those platforms make extensive use of docker.
This docker tutorial covers different aspects of docker best practices. Some are for creating a dockerfile others are more general but all of them are very valuable.
