It was also Silent, as You Could Not hear the Fans Running at all, and "00 00" Was Flashing on the Display. This is a Usual Indication that the Main Computer Board is Bad and Needs to be Replaced. After Confirming Our Diagnostics, We went ahead and replaced the Board on this GE Profile Refrigerator and It Everything Started Working Great.
