Basic Recipe:
1 large egg at room temperature
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
V2 15ml vinegar (white wine or apple cider)
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, or more to taste
1 cup (240 ml) neutral flavored oil (Rapeseed is my favourite)
Salt (measure)
Variations
1-2 tsp of sesame oil and 1tbsp soy
1-2 tsp of chipotle paste, lemon and salt
1/2 grated garlic and some lemon juice
Try using a glass jar slightly larger than the immersion blender
Use egg at room temperature for best results
