Set Sytems, Not Just Goals!
A goal is a result you want, but without a system, it's just a wish.

Let me give a relatable simple systems analogy.... I can say I want to lose 20 pounds. But if I just stop there... It's very unlikely that I would achieve my goal of losing 20 pounds.
👉🏾Instead. Here's what I would do.
Goal - lose 20 pounds
Then set tactics/core activities: This may look like something like...
working out 3x per week
drinking 100oz of water every day
eating 1700 calories per day
etc.
👉🏾But then I would need to create systems around the core activities. How am I going to get those core activities done?
So, let's take the "eating 1700 calories per day".
How will I achieve this?
-maybe one thing I would do is Meal Prep.
Well, how do I meal prep...
Write down a system/process for meal prepping.
come up with 7 meal ideas (maybe I'll use chat gpt)
write a shopping list
Get prepping containers
pick a day to go to the grocery store
go shopping
pick a day to cook all the food
package the food in the meal prep containers, label them, and put them in the fridge.
That my friend, is a process... So, even though we used this as weight loss. How can you create this in your business for client onboarding, Standard operating procedures, hiring a new team member, etc.).
