Text expander allows you to create your own shortcuts for any template you want. This automates emails, LI messages, sick time off excuses … pretty much anything you want. It’s a must have.

If candidate profiles are paper clips - then this tool is like a magnet. - simply hold down the “z” button and you can open any link on a page all at once. I use this when doing targeted searches so I dont have to click on every link individually and waste my life away. It’s a time saver and it’s kinda fun.

Multi highlighter - chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/multihighlighter…

The Multi-Highlighter lets you input multiple keywords and highlights them all on the page you’re looking at. This tool is a brilliant time saver and also extremely helpful for learning roles you are recruiting for the first time.
