Uber driver’s arrest caught on cam after pointing gun at rider

Newly released bodycam video shows the moment an Uber driver who was caught on camera pointing a gun at her passengers in Hollywood, was arrested.

In the video, Jennifer Benitez, 23, was handcuffed and searched by police as she kept saying 'I have the right to remain silent.'
