Dough Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup all purpose flour
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
2 teaspoon yeast
2 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon milk powder
Milk as required
For Chicken filling
Chicken boneless (cut into cubes) 250g
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
1 tablespoon tikka masalah
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
Oregano leaves 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Oil 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Assembling:
Pizza sauce
Cheddar cheese grated
Cooked chicken
Mozzarella cheese grated
Capsicum slices
Dried oregano

Method:
Prepare Dough
In a bowl add all purpose flour, sugar, salt, yeast, oil, milk powder and mix well
Gradually add warm milk and knead dough until dough is formed, cover and let it rest for 2-3 hours
Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth. Dough is ready.
Prepare chicken
In a bowl add chicken cubes, oil, ginger garlic paste, tikka masala, red chilli flakes, dried oregano, lemon juice, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and black pepper powder and mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a frying pan, add oil and marinated chicken and mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until its dry.
Assembling
Sprinkle flour on working surfaceand roll out dough with the help of rolling pin. Now cut the dough with cutter, Grease a pizza tray with oil, place pizza dough on tray and prick with fork.
Spread pizza sauce, add cheddar cheese, cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, capsicum slices and sprinkle dried oregano.
Bake in oven
