How to Install XAMPP on your Ubuntu 18.04 LTS System [WORKED]

In this video, I would like to give you a tutorial :

“How to install XAMPP in Ubuntu 18.04 LTS”

Tutorial :

1. Open your browser. And download the XAMPP master file.

2. Because I use Linux, so I choose Linux-OS instead.

3. Wait …

4. Open your folder.

5. Open terminal in that folder. In this case my folder is in this directory :/home/lembu/Downloads/Programs

6. Give the permission to execution for file by type this command :
“sudo chmod 755 *.run”

7. Now, you can execute the *.run file by type :
“sudo ./*.run”

8. Just follow

9. Remember, it will installed in your system in :
/opt/lampp

10. Click Finish.

11. Try localhost. It’s started.

12. Try phpmyadmin. It’s started.

13. You can run xampp in terminal by type : “sudo /opt/lampp/lampp start”
