Looking to trade the #TheStrat? Inside bars (1 bars) can be a great indicator of when to enter a trade. 1 bars or inside bars are periods of price consolidation, otherwise known as chop or sideways price action. Straters use the 1 bar to see which side the market decides to break--break the high or the low of the 1 bar--for future price direction and action. For Straters, a 1 bar is a very important bar. You want to know about that bar.
