Freebanders below the CB band, 7Sep23

Freebanders are illegal CB operators who use modified radios to avoid the congested citizens band channels. When the CB craze was at its peak in the mid 70s, some folks modified their transceivers to use supposedly "free" frequencies. The channels are less congested but some CBers persist in violating federal laws. Here are Mexicans chatting merily away.
