Business Intelligence Analytics Manager (BIAM) - SDG

Sneha has worked as a KTP associate with SDG in conjunction with Queens University and Innovate UK on a two-year project as SDG Strategic Management Analyst.

This KTP project is a Management KTP which was designed with the aim to identify business needs, propose solutions and deliver operational transformation change within the organisation.

From the start of the project until now, Sneha has been focused on utilising data to drive activity, enabling data-driven decision making and providing insights and management practices to deliver profit growth.

The project has had a significant positive impact on the day-to-day operations of SDG from sales analysis to procurement to operations through the introduction of changes that are real, sustained, and innovative supported by analytics.

Sneha has contributed highly to driving the digitisation of the business by utilising the latest thinking in strategic management, stakeholder engagement, data analytics & customer experience all while complimenting the core values of the business.
