Tech layoffs...let's talk about it.
I got laid off from my software engineering position earlier this year. It was awful. It almost broke me. I had just started this channel, specifically teaching people how to code and the imposter syndrome was...horrible. Being a woman in tech, imposter syndrome is already something I deal with constantly. Add a layoff on top. There I was.
I spent 3 months trying to get a job...job searching right after getting laid off is so incredibly hard.
I've since found a job and I would love to share my experience with you all. To be honest, even posting this video is really scary. But I hope it helps someone.
