AIRCEE 50F Compact Sleeping Bag: www.amazon.com/Aircee-Ultra-Light-Ultra-compact-Tr…
Wow I cannot say enough great things about this sleeping bag. The first impression is how small it is. I was looking for a light, compact sleeping bag to go hammock camping and hiking with my sons, and I found a great one with the Aircee 50F sleeping bag.
My second impression was a little disappointment when I saw how thin the sleeping bag was until you get inside the sleeping bag. It is very surprisingly warm. A couple of things that I love about the sleeping bag is the zippers, the handy pocket, and the draw string at the top (which also helps to keep the warmth in the sleeping bag. I really like that that is two separate zippers, one on the side, and one on the bottom. The reason that this works so well for me is because I can unzip the bottom zipper and feed my hammock through the sleeping bag. This allows me to use the sleeping bag as an under quilt in addition to a sleeping bag which will keep me warmer. There is a pocket on top of the sleeping bag that is perfect for a cell phone, or that after midnight snack. Finally there is a pull string at the top of the sleeping bag that you can pull tight (not too tight that you choke yourself) to keep the warmth inside your sleeping bag.
A couple of things to not about this sleeping bag. One is that it is a down sleeping bag so you will have feathers floating through the air. Please consider this if you have allergies. Another thing to consider is that this is mostly a summer sleeping bag, so don’t expect to stay warm if you use this sleeping bag in sub-zero temperatures.
I would highly recommend this sleeping bag for anyone who is in need of a small summer sleeping bag for hiking and camping.
