Acoustic Design Optimization with API Scripting for Higher Productivity and Performance

Acoustic simulations are extensively used in early product design phases in many fields. It is therefore essential to reduce the modeling effort and integrate them into optimization loops in order to automatically determine the best design configurations.

With Python API, Actran's graphical user interface and solver can be easily scripted to streamline the simulation process. This also allows performing acoustic optimization loops with integrated libraries or by coupling with any optimization software.

This webinar aims at presenting and illustrating how to easily script an Actran analysis and how to interface it with optimization libraries available in the software suite. This will be demonstrated by means of a demo script controlling the pre-processing and the run of an Actran model. Finally, this script will be integrated in an optimization loop.
