iOS 7 - FLAW/BUG: making a call by passing the pin code (Security flaw, iPhone)

Here is a flaw I just discovered on the iOS7.

1) Slide to Unlock
2) Go into the EMERGENCY CALL (Don't enter your pin code)
3) Enter any number you wish to call (beside an emergency number)
4) Press the green "Call" button (3x or more)
5) iOS 7 will reset itself
6) 5 or so second later the call will go thru without you entering the pin code (the phone will still be locked, you will not have access to the "Hang up" button)

Apple is fixing the many issues, so a new update should be out within weeks.
