Ethical Programming in AI: it all stems from Collaboration!

Ethical AI can be achieved through:

a) universal values, which can be supported through equitable representation, and

b) drivers of safety/security, which are ascertainable through collaborative input.

PS. Security as a general goal can be achieved through representive, informed collaboration.

The questions to ask include:

1 - are the values based on fact?
2- are they universally beneficial?
3 - are the values/ inputs transparent?

We need to be conscious of the algorithms that AI is programmed just like we are conscious of the information we program our psyches with.

Being involved in Ethical AI programming can have large scale, resounding effects on how society is formed and programmed, especially for emerging generations!
