Effects -- Noise removal (Remove background ambiance)
Effects -- Normalise (Drop input, peaking maximum levels)
Effects -- Leveller (Boost low volume areas)
File -- Import audio (add other tracks)
Effects -- Echo (add echo to end of voice)
Change track levels with the volume slider.
