Investigating the complex interactions between cognition, emotion, gait and balance, Kaylena Ehgoetz Martens' research ultimately aims to prevent gait disturbance and falls, catalyze early diagnosis and preserve mobility throughout the lifespan in older adults and those at risk and/or suffering from neurodegenerative diseases.
