5 things to do after you apply for jobs:

✅ Reach out to recruiters and hiring managers (maybe even send out a video of you talking and expressing your interest in 60 seconds)

✅ Find 4-5 internal advocates in the company, people who can push your resume up for you to the recruiters.

✅ Ask for coffee chats with employees to understand more about the role and interview process.

✅ Prepare for your interviews and really focus on learning more about the company.

✅ Follow up and track applications using a job tracker (dm me if you don’t have one).
