Elder has won more than $60 million in research funding, authored or co-authored 250 scientific articles and developed health promotion programs in 30 countries in the Americas, Africa, Southeast Asia and Europe.
SDSU Live will interview Elder to preview the Albert W. Johnson Lecture, which he will present at 2 p.m. later that day in the Arts and Letters Building, Room 201. The lecture is open to the university community and to the public.
